Deposits to jl798 Accounts may be made via the payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of transaction, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet, ShopeePay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and may be subject to change without prior notice.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. jl798 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. jl798 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts.
All transactions on the jl798 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by their financial institution.
6.1 jl798 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the Promotion and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Unless the specific Promotion terms state otherwise, the following standard conditions apply to all Bonus Funds:

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jl798 content.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, jl798 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 jl798's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 jl798 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl798's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
13.1 jl798 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, where jl798 reasonably determines that:

Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account (net of outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.1 jl798 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated version of the Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date. Where changes are material, jl798 will provide advance notice to registered Players via the email address on file.
15.2 A Player's continued use of the jl798 platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
